Busted Oak Cellar Weddings

Busted Oak Cellars begins and ends with family. It is saturated with vibrant memories of what it means for people to come together. We come back to this place to cherish our family and community and to remember what we love most about Texas. Our desire is we believe that a shared meal or a glass of wine can turn strangers into family. Our goal is to make every wedding special with great wedding planning services and catering to your exact needs.

Basic Package

Blushing Bride Package (100-120 people)

Monday through Thursday $2500, Friday and Sunday $3000, Saturday $4000

 

  • Wedding Planner is available on the day before the event and the Day of the Event
  • Use of the Event Center for the day
  • Tables and Chairs
  • Parking Attendant for the day of the event
  • Access on the prior day for decorating
  • Two hours on prior day for rehearsal
  • Place for Ceremony, Reception and Dinner (5 hours)
  • Sweetheart Table
  • Linens (white, cream, black, navy)
  • 8 garden hooks with Mason Jars
  • Arch with Greenery and Cross
  • 2 barrels
  • Arch in the back of the ceremony

 Wine and Dine

  • All wine must be purchased at Busted Oak Cellars
  • You can bring your own beer, setups and alcohol but we are unable to serve these per the TABC. You will need a bartender for this.

  • Wedding Planner for 4 days
  • Use of the Merlot Manor and Hunter’s Retreat for 1 night
  • Runner for tables
  • Centerpieces- (lanterns-4 sizes)
  • 2 extra wine barrels for decor (total of 6 wine barrels)
  • Sparklers and Bucket for send-off
  • Aisle Options (Buckets with Baby’s breath, Two small lanterns, and Wooden Signs)

Sweet Muscat | $3000

  • Wedding Planner for 3 days
  • Use of the Merlot Manor and Hunter’s Retreat for the day of the event (allows separate cabins for bride and groom)

  • Centerpieces for tables - vases
  • 2 extra wine barrels for decor (total 4)

Vintage Lace Package | $6000

  • Wedding Planner for the Week of the Wedding
  • Includes the use of the Merlot Manor and Hunter’s Retreat for 3 days (allows separate cabins for bride and groom)

  • Linens (white, cream, cranberry, red, olive & black)
  • Chargers - Gold, Silver or Rust
  • Bud vases, Floating & Votive Candles
